I created and executed a marketing plan that focused on their strategic home improvements. I selected all the new light fixtures, paint colors, counters, tile and flooring. I also added staging to the property (at no cost to the Seller) because I know this is one of the key ingredients as to why my listings are selling for approximately 4% more than the average listing in MLS. Once the strategy was in place, I got busy making social media videos, preparing for 2 open houses with eye-catching signage and I utilized AI to draw more attention to the property on Zillow and Realtor.com.
