The SECOND this home popped onto the market, my Buyers instantly knew they were interested! They loved how close it is to the school, Mrs. Buyer went to school in Haysville AND they were looking for their next project. Perfect timing and a perfect match.
I GOT TO WORK…
After taking a look at the property, I ran resale numbers on the home and created and a remodel plan that focused on strategic home improvements... siding and window relacement, new paint, lighting, flooring, counters and more! I then proposed 2 color selections to my almost 55,000 followers on Facebook. They selected blue finishes and I got to work selecting all of the tile, paint, flooring and lighting! The tile photo is a sneak peek at a couple of the tiles that will be going in!
